Do you need: fabric (how many models or little as you do!)
Scissors
Discussion
Sewing machine
Tape (I 7 / 8 “grosgrain)
Reason for the triangle I have a “model” for the triangle, I ensure that each triangle has the same size when I would cut.

I cut triangle shapes selected from the fabric. Two triangles flag. I used the same fabric on both sides of the triangle. You can use different fabrics for each side of the flag, if you wanted, this could be fun, because then the flag could be reversed and have a totally different look!

I then the triangles sewn together right side against right. I have a ½ “seam allowance, but I guess it does not really matter.

I cut the “point” of the flag as close as I could couture. (One thing you can do about these points, consider the fight is set, making them less likely to Fray, if the reverse gear)

Turn the triangles on the right side and press it flat.Measuring tape to the desired length of the banner flag. I added about a foot on each side for the suspension. You can get as much or as little tape on the ends as you want. If you want to hang an extra strap on the ends, the banner or attach it to something, be sure to consider them.

Cut two pieces of tape length. I used two pieces of the same color grosgrain ribbon, one for the back, and one for the front. This allows you, the unfinished tops of the triangles cover! It also allows the banner to be reversible. When you return to the banner to be different, if you want the opposite, you use two colors of ribbon, one for each side. I’ll try next time!

Pin the ribbon on the top of the triangle pieces make sure that the distance between each triangle the same (I was about 1.5 “between each) is.

Sew the strip together, securing the triangles between the two parts. I recommend sewing all down first, because it allows you to fix the triangle pieces and sew the top half of the band very much easier.

Sew the top of the length of the tape together.

Cut pieces of ribbon to the desired length (if one side is longer than the other).

Voila! Much fun to hang banners triangular flag! Now that you have one, you do not want to do another?
